Gin

• 2 oz Coppercraft Gin
• .75 oz lime
• .5 oz simple syrup
• Lime, garnish

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a coupe glass.

• 1.5 oz Coppercraft Gin
• 2 oz ginger ale
• 2 oz cranberry juice
• Lime, garnish

Add gin, ginger ale and cranberry juice to highball glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

• 2 oz Coppercraft Gin
• .75 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz lemon juice
• Top with soda water
• Cherry, garnish

Combine gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a glass with ice and stir gently. Top with soda water and garnish with a cherry.
