• 1.5 oz Coppercraft Vodka
• .75 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur 
• 1 oz grapefruit juice
• .25 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz soda water
• Grapefruit peel, garnish

In a shaker tin with ice, combine all the ingredients until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass, top with soda water and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
