Straight Bourbon Whiskey – 9 Year
Barrels of 9+ year old sourced bourbons are blended to create a rich, smooth flavor. We use brandy blending and proofing techniques that take three months from barrel to bottle.

Rye Whiskey
Our award-winning rye moves across your palate, first with hints of cocoa and malt, then kicks in with a peppercorn spice that is distinctly rye. A blend of 6+ year old distilled and sourced rye barrels.

This 100% premium corn spirit creates a crisp, clean, neutral palate, which ends with a slight sweetness and a welcome fullness that is as pure as a Michigan rainfall.
Citrus Vodka

Our 100 percent premium corn spirit is artfully infused with orange, lemon and grapefruit, leaving you with a warm zest and completely refreshed.
Applejack
The oldest of American spirits returns with new life made from pure, ripe apples from Michigan’s famous Fruit Ridge. Our apples are fermented and distilled then aged for one year in used bourbon barrels to create a sweet vanilla and butterscotch spirit with a hint of tart apple and spice.
Gin
Made with 13 botanicals
Take a walk through Michigan’s towering white pine forests and you get a sense of Coppercraft Gin. Comprised of 13 botanicals, its hints of juniper are balanced with coriander, orange, cinnamon, lemon and more.
Single Barrel Straight Bourbon
Aged for a minimum of 11 years in standard, 53-gallon, white oak barrels. Brighter notes of citrus complement the deep flavors of dark chocolate, molasses, and vanilla to produce a full flavor and toasty finish.
“Holland to Holland” Rum
A meticulously curated and exceptionally smooth blend of 2-5 year-old charcoal-filtered aged rums from Trinidad, column still rums from Guyana, Barbados and the Dominican Republic and unaged pot still rums from Jamaica.
Bourbon Finished in Toasted Barrels
Aged for 7 years in charred new American oak, then finished in slow heat toasted barrels for an additional 12 months of secondary maturation to unlock rich layers of caramel, toasted marshmallow, and warm spice.
Bourbon Finished in Rum Casks
Aged for 7 years in charred new American oak, then finished in Caribbean rum casks for 12 months of secondary maturation to unlock rich layers of dark sugar, warm oak spice, and tropical fruit.
