COPPERCRAFT THANKSGIVING KICKOFF SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
- Eligibility: The Coppercraft Thanksgiving Kickoff Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. Employees of Coppercraft Distillery, LLC (the “Sponsor”), its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members (parents, siblings, children, and spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.
- Sponsor: Coppercraft Distillery, LLC, located at 184 120th Avenue, Holland, MI 49424, United States.
- Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins on November 8, 2024, at 9:00 AM ET and ends on November 25, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).
- How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, visit https://coppercraftdistillery.com/go-lions/ during the Promotion Period and complete and submit the online registration form, including first and last name, valid email address, and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries by the same person, whether using the same or different email addresses or identities, will be disqualified. The use of automated systems to submit entries is prohibited. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements as specified to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
- Prize, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”), and Odds of Winning:
Prize (1): The sole prize consists of four (4) tickets to the Detroit Lions game on November 28, 2024, at Ford Field, Detroit, MI. The ARV of the prize is $225. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and all other costs associated with the prize receipt and use.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
- Winner Selection and Notification: On or around November 26, 2024, one (1) winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with, within two (2) days following the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within twenty-four (24) hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Receipt of the prize by the winner is conditioned upon compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
- Publicity Consent: By entering this content, you understand that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review, or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity, or information and for trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
- General Terms: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, the Sponsor may select recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, or who violates these Official Rules. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, including the right to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer beyond what is allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to receive email newsletters periodically from Coppercraft Distillery. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the communication.
- Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; and (vi) any injury incurred by a prize winner in connection with the use of the prize. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to receiving their prize.
- Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Michigan having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, participants will not be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than their actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

- Winners List: To request a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor’s address by December 31, 2024.
