Dastardly Dirty Mr. Grinch

- 1.5 oz Coppercraft Gin
- .5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Cucumber Liqueur
- .5 oz olive juice
- Vermouth
Wash coupe with dry vermouth. Combine other ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into coupe and garnish with cucumber and olives.
Miracle on 34th Street Manhattan

- 2 oz Coppercraft Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz Averna
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Combine ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into Coupe. Garnish with orange peel.
Maple Old Fashioned

- 2 oz Coppercraft Rye Whiskey
- .25 oz maple syrup
- 2 dashes black walnut bitters
Mix ingredients with ice in mixing glass. Strain into rocks and garnish with lemon wheel.
A Peachy Cream Holidate

- 2 oz Coppercraft Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- .5 oz vanilla syrup
- .75 oz cream
- 2 oz peach juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into punch glass. Add crushed ice.
Blood Orange Old Fashioned

- 2 oz Coppercraft Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- .25 oz Demerara syrup
- .25 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Combine ingredients with ice in mixing glass. Stir and strain into rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel.
Choc It Up
Movie: National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation
- 1.5 oz Coppercraft Vodka
- .75 oz chocolate liqueur
- .75 oz cream
- 2 scoops cocoa mix
Combine ingredients in glass mug and stir in cocoa mix. Top with hot water. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
