Our award-winning gin is made with 13 botanicals, making it the best base for summer gin cocktails. The botanicals – like juniper, coriander, orange, cinnamon, and lemon – are steeped for 24 hours and redistilled. Though the process is straightforward, it requires constant supervision.

Fitzgerald Cocktail
A clean, refreshing cocktail that makes summer sipping easy.
2 oz Coppercraft Gin
.75 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients and stir lightly; serve neat or over ice in a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

1.5 oz Coppercraft Gin
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
.75 oz lemongrass syrup
1 oz lime juice
1 egg white
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake. Add ice and wet shake. Strain into Coupe glass and garnish with lime twist.
The Half-Blood Prince
For Potterheads and their peers.
1.5 oz Coppercraft Gin
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
1 oz cherry syrup
1 oz lime juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Collins glass. Top with lemonade.
Monet’s Garden
A green and clean gin cocktail.
1 oz Coppercraft Gin
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Cucumber Liqueur
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
.25 oz mint syrup
.25 oz basil syrup
1 oz lime juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into rocks glass. Add crushed ice and garnish with basil and mint sprig, lime wheel, and cucumber wheel.
Tom Collins
Crisp and classic.
2 oz Coppercraft Gin
0.75 oz simple syrup
1 oz lemon juice
Soda water
Cherry, garnish
Combine ingredients in a Collins glass. Fill with ice, top with soda water, and garnish with a cherry.

.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz lemongrass syrup
.25 oz thyme syrup
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz lemon juice
