Frozen Maple Espresso Martini
For the brave souls who order iced coffees in the winter months.
- 6 oz brewed espresso
- 1 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz Coppercraft Vodka
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Sea salt
- Coffee beans, garnish
Pour espresso into an ice cube tray and freeze. Once the espresso is frozen, process espresso, coffee liqueur, Coppercraft Vodka, and maple syrup in a blender until smooth. Pour into a chilled coupe martini glass and garnish each with a pinch of sea salt and three coffee beans. Serve immediately.
Vodka Gingerbread Cocktail
Substitute vodka for bourbon, if your heart desires.
- 2 oz Coppercraft Vodka
- 1 oz Irish cream
- 1 tsp molasses
- .25 tsp cinnamon
- .25 tsp ginger
- .25 tsp nutmeg
- 1 slice candied ginger
In a small saucepan, whisk together water, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg at medium heat until the mixture is combined into a syrup. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cooled, add your gingerbread syrup, Coppercraft Vodka, and Irish Cream to a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and strain into martini glass. Garnish with candied ginger.
Boozy Orange Hot Chocolate
Curl up with a rich winter drink of chocolate and orange.
- 1 oz Coppercraft Vodka
- 1 Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
- 8 oz milk
- 3 oz dark chocolate
- 1 oz heavy cream
Heat the milk over medium heat and bring to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and mix in chocolate until melted. Stir in Coppercraft Vodka, Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange liqueur, and heavy cream. Garnish with an orange slice, whipped cream, and grated chocolate.
Mulled Spiced Vodka
A classic combination of winter spices in a vodka cocktail.
- 1 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
- 3 cardamom pods
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1 orange, sliced
- 3 tsp sugar
- 8 oz Coppercraft Vodka
- 8 oz sweet vermouth
- 8 oz water
- Lemon peel, for garnish
Combine star anise, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom pods, and ginger in a small saucepan and toast on medium heat until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Wash and slice the orange and add the slices, along with the toasted spices, sugar, Coppercraft Vodka, and sweet vermouth in a container and let sit for at least 1 hour. Strain into a pitcher and add 4 oz of water. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve combine 2 oz of the vodka mixture to 4 oz of boiling water. Garnish with a lemon peel.
Orange Cranberry Moscow Mule
A winterized take on the classic Moscow Mule.
- 2 oz Coppercraft Citrus Vodka
- 2 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 oz lime juice
- 4 oz ginger beer
- Orange slice, garnish
- Mint sprig, garnish
Combine Coppercraft Vodka, cranberry juice, orange juice, and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over a large ice cube in a pre-chilled copper mug. Top with the ginger beer. Stir and garnish with a lime wedge. Serve immediately.
