Coppercraft Smoked Gin & Tonic
Smoke adds a classic masculine element to this cocktail.
- Coppercraft Gin
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- Tonic water, to top
- Rosemary, to smoke
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass with ice. Smoke cocktail with rosemary.
Stalk & Sip
Celery adds an earthy, spicy note to this vodka cocktail.
- 2 oz Coppercraft Vodka
- .5 oz fresh lime juice
- .5 oz honey syrup
- 1 dash of celery bitters
- Sprig of thyme, garnish
Combine the smoked Coppercraft Vodka, lime juice, honey syrup, and celery bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
The American Apple
Coppercraft Applejack adds an air of sophistication to this manly cocktail.
- 2 oz Coppercraft Applejack
- .5 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz maple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Rosemary sprig, garnish
Combine Coppercraft Applejack, lemon juice, maple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Blood & Smoke
Blood orange liqueur balances the boldness of the whiskey in this cocktail.
- 2 oz Coppercraft Rye Whiskey
- .5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
- .5 oz blood orange juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Scotch rinse
Combine Coppercraft Rye Whiskey, Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur, blood orange juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass that has been generously rinsed with the Scotch. Add one large ice cube. Garnish with a slice of blood orange

- 3 oz Coppercraft Gin
- 6 oz tomato juice
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 6 dashes tabasco
- 3 dashes worcestershire sauce
- 2 pinches celery salt
- 2 pinches freshly ground black pepper
Rim a glass with the black pepper and celery salt. Shake all other ingredients over ice and strain into an ice-filled glass.
