As summer fades and fall spreads, we’ve created a few end of summer cocktails to usher in cooler weather and the change of seasons.
Bourbon, Beer, & Blankets
- 2 oz Coppercraft Rye
- 0.75 lemon juice
- 0.75 maple syrup
- 3-5 oz Bell’s Official Hazy IPA
- Mesquite Salt or dry rub, garnish
Rim a rocks glass with mesquite salt and set aside. In a shaker tin, dry shake Coppercraft Rye, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into glass with fresh ice.
Dog Days Old Fashioned
For the crystallized ginger simple syrup:
- 16 oz water
- 8 oz ginger slices
- 10 oz cane sugar
For the mulled spice ice cubes:
- 16 oz water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
- 1.25 oz mulling spice
For the Old Fashioned:
- 1.5 oz Coppercraft Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz Crystallized Ginger Simple Syrup (see above recipe)
- 1 oz lime zest
- 6 dashes Peychaud bitters
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
Mix Coppercraft Straight Bourbon Whiskey, simple syrup (1 oz), lime zest, and bitters in shaker. Fill with ice cubes and shake again for 30 seconds or until the shaker becomes frosty. Rim an Old Fashioned glass with a wedge of lime. On a medium-size salad plate, mix sugar and smoked salt and gently turn glass in mixture. Pour the contents of the shaker into a glass, and enjoy!

Falling Leaves
- 1.5 oz Coppercraft Rye
- .75 oz Amaro Montenegro
- .5 oz toasted fig syrup
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
- 1 orange slice
Add Coppercraft Rye, Amaro Montenegro, toasted fig syrup, chocolate bitters, and ice to a mixing glass. Stir for 30-45 seconds. Strain into a lowball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange slice.

Tropical Gin Sunrise
- 2 tbsp raspberry (framboise) lambic
- 4 oz cup pineapple juice
- 2 oz Coppercraft Gin
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh pineapple chunks, garnish
Fill a glass with ice and pour in raspberry lambic. In a shaker filled with ice, add pineapple juice, Coppercraft Gin, and lemon juice. Slowly pour mixture in the shaker into glass with raspberry lambic. Garnish glass with chunks of pineapple before serving.

Iced Pumpkin Green Tea
- 2 oz Coppercraft Vodka
- 1 oz pumpkin spice syrup
- 2 oz tonic water
- 2 drops orange food coloring
Fill a tumbler 3/4 of the way with ice. Add all the ingredients and stir to combine. Pour into a glass of your choice.
