Rosemary Bee’s Knees
2 oz Coppercraft Social 416 Gin
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz rosemary honey syrup
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist around a sprig of rosemary.
Earl Grey French 75
2 oz Coppercraft Social 416 Gin
.75 fresh lemon juice
.75 earl grey simple syrup
2 oz champagne
Combine Coppercraft Social 416 Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with champagne. Garnish with lemon twist.
Sage Gimlet
2 oz Coppercraft Social 416 Gin
.75 fresh lime juice
.75 sage simple syrup
2-3 sage leaves
Combine Coppercraft Social 416 Gin, lime juice, and simple syrup in shaker with ice. Strain into chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a few sage sprigs.
