2 oz Coppercraft Straight Bourbon Whiskey
2 oz apple cider
1 oz orange juice
1 T fig preserves
3 oz Soda water
Figs, garnish
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine Coppercraft Straight Bourbon Whiskey, apple cider, orange juice, and fig preserves. Strain into a glass with ice and top with soda water. Stir gently until combined and garnish with fresh figs.

0.25 oz simple syrup
Handful of blueberries, muddled
Top with lemon lime soda

2 oz Coppercraft Gin
1 oz Blue Curacao
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz honey
Lemon twist, garnish
Add gin, blue curacao, lemon juice, and honey into a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.

1 oz Coppercraft Gin
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Cucumber Liqueur
.5 oz Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
25 oz mint syrup
.25 oz basil syrup
1 oz lime juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into rocks glass. Add crushed ice and garnish with basil and mint sprig, lime wheel, and cucumber wheel.
